My name is Brittany, and I’m the Operations Manager at a gym in Euless, Texas. I work in the fitness world, so I’m no stranger to weight loss scams. So when I was asked to try Personal Trainer Food. I thought “Oh yeah… there’s no question that Personal Food is another scam!”
I decided to give it a try– yeah, I was going eat their food and show everyone that Personal Trainer Food doesn’t work!
Well… here’s what happened…
Yeah, I Was “Working Out” Before…
Before starting Personal Trainer Food, I was working out 3 times a week, but I wasn’t committed to my workouts. If something came up at work or at home I just wouldn’t work-out that day.
I was getting zero results. All I was doing was maintaining the weight I was at.
I hated not seeing any results. Hey, I work in a gym, I should be fit! I knew I only had myself to blame but it was difficult for me to get on and start a plan with the way work was at the time.
Without Results, I Kind of Let Myself Go
There are a couple reasons why I ended up overweight. I was an athlete in high school and that all stopped when I went to college. Once I started concentrating on my career, I stopped working out and eating right. The person I was dating wasn’t living a healthy life style so it was easy for me to ignore my diet.
“Want to just hang out, eat pizza, drink, and watch a movie?” Sure babe, that sounds so much better than working out and eating right! If we’re both out of shape then it’s no biggie…
But then I Was Able to Focus On Me

What made me stick with it? I got dumped.
That meant I didn’t have to focus on anyone else any more. It was the perfect time to focus on me.
Really? I Should Eat This and I’ll Lose?
To say I was skeptical of the PTF

There are lots of weight loss companies that promise me miracles all the time. I know that there is no “magic” to losing weight, and that it’s never easy or simple as advertised.

Well in the first week I was proved 100% wrong!
I was surprised at how much food fit in the box whenever I received it! Shoot, the amount of food FILLED my freezer.
My first meal was the spicy chicken breast and green beans. I heated it up, not expecting much.
I sat down to eat it, stil skeptical … would this food really taste good?
Oh my… Yup, the food tasted great!
…And I Started Losing Weight
After that I looked at the program like “this might not be a scam after all, so what do I have to lose? NOTHING but the weight.”
I continued to follow the program and started workout at my gym. In the first week I lost 9 pounds.
Needless to say, at that point I was totally convinced that Personal Trainer Food works. Sticking to the plan after that was a no-brainer.
I didn’t see cosmetic signs until around week 3 but I knew that would come later. But the number on the scale going down so that made me feel amazing!
Over time, I noticed I had way more energy and it was easier to get up in the morning.
EVERYONE noticed my weight loss. They all asked what my secret was and how they could do Personal Trainer Food too.
My “It” Meal
My favorite meal by far was the Angus burger patty and green beans.
I “spiced it up” by using portabella mushrooms as my bun… SIMPLE, EASY, AWESOME!
Life became easier because I didn’t have to think about what to make and how much. All I had to do was pop the bags in the microwave and 4 minutes later I was good to go!
My Exercise Routine During My Program
I worked out 6 days a week with personal trainers at my gym. Adding PTF and time with my trainers … it was like the weight just fell off.
Every weigh-in, the number on the scale was going down, clothes were fitting better, my body was changing and looking damn good… (I don’t know if I’m allowed to say that!)
Now that I’ve lost the weight the goal is to maintain it. This is one of the things that has me totally convinced Personal Trainer Food is not a scam; they teach you how to eat real food so you can maintain your losses easily.
I’m going to continue with my trainer and the same style of eating but add a cheat meal every once in a while! Can’t give up all the guilty pleasure food forever, right? (:
