This take on the familiar childhood classic takes just seconds to prepare. Make it even heartier by adding in a sliced Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast.
1oz Shredded cheddar cheese
½ – 1 tbsp Butter
Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Heat Green Zucchini in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag, chop into smaller pieces if desired, and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and butter and microwave until cheese is melted.
- Salt and pepper to taste, stir together, and enjoy!
