Leafy greens are unlimited, and all of our entrees and vegetables are easily heated up and tossed on a salad!
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast or Grilled Fajita Chicken Strips
Scandinavian blend, or your favorite vegetable blend
Italian vinaigrette (2g of sugar or less)
Fresh lettuce, mixed greens or spinach
- Heat your meat entree and vegetables in the microwave.
- While food is heating up, fill a plate with your mixed greens.
- Once heated through to a temperature of your liking, nestle the entree and vegetables on the bed of greens and top with the vinaigrette dressing.
