1 Mozzarella String Cheese or Colby Jack Cheese Stick
- Place pork rinds in a single layer on a small plate.
- Slice or shred cheese and place on top of pork rinds along with sliced jalapenos and bacon bits as desired.
- Microwave until cheese is melted and enjoy!

Amanda has two children under 4, works full time, and is engaged to be married. After having her second child, she constantly struggled getting any weight off and her weight crept up to 197 pounds.
