Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Savory Cheeseburger Stick
1 Colby Jack Cheese Stick
- Heat the Savory Cheeseburger stick in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag slice into 6-8 pieces and place on a plate.
- Slice lettuce, cheese, and bacon into bite size pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Slide a cherry tomato half onto a toothpick and then slide on a pickle slice, bacon, lettuce, cheese and slice of Savory Cheeseburger Stick. Continue for each of the remaining Cheeseburger Stick Slices. Enjoy!

Amanda has two children under 4, works full time, and is engaged to be married. After having her second child, she constantly struggled getting any weight off and her weight crept up to 197 pounds.
