This simple chicken salad makes a great lunch on the go! Have some extra lettuce on hand? Turn the salad into a mouthwatering wrap with a few large lettuce leaves.
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Grilled Tender Chicken Breast
1 Hardboiled egg, sliced
¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
1 Green onion, finely chopped
1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper, to taste
- >Heat Grilled Tender Chicken Breast in the microwave until warm. Once heated, remove from the bag and cut into ¼-½ inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, hardboiled egg, celery, and green onions.
- Mix in the mayonnaise, mustard, along with desired amount of salt and pepper until well combined. Chill and enjoy!
