Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Bag Grilled Chicken Breast
1 Bag Brussels Sprouts
- Heat up the Grilled Chicken and Brussels Sprouts in the microwave.
- Lay dill on top of the chicken and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Squeeze the garlic onto the Brussels Sprouts (to taste).
- Finish by sprinkling some bacon bits on top of the garlicified brussels sprouts (as much as you want…live a little!)
