Lemon Dill Chicken & Brussels Sprouts

Do you like dill? We sure do! This Creative Food Idea comes from Judy in Florida.

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Bag Grilled Chicken Breast
1 Bag Brussels Sprouts

Additional Ingredients:
Fresh Dill
Lemon Juice
Squeeze Garlic
Bacon Bits

Instructions:

  1. Heat up the Grilled Chicken and Brussels Sprouts in the microwave.
  2. Lay dill on top of the chicken and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Squeeze the garlic onto the Brussels Sprouts (to taste).
  4. Finish by sprinkling some bacon bits on top of the garlicified brussels sprouts (as much as you want…live a little!)
