Chicken, Bacon & Avocado Chopped Salad

Check out this simple salad full of fresh flavor–the perfect end of summer dish you can have ready in minutes!

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Grilled Chicken Breast

Additional Ingredients (add to taste):
2 Cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 Slices bacon, cooked and diced
1-2 Ounces crumbled blue cheese
½ Avocado, pitted and diced
1 Roma tomato, diced
2 Tbsp. salad dressing of choice (2g or less sugar per serving)

Instructions:

  1. Heat Grilled Chicken Breast in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag and dice.
  2. In a large bowl, add chicken, lettuce, bacon, blue cheese, avocado, and roma tomatoes.
  3. Pour salad dressing over top and mix until well combined. Enjoy!

    This salad was fabulous! I was having a bad day because my husband brought a yummy chocolate cake home and it was calling me. I went to three stores looking for a ripe avocado I found one and went home and made my salad. It was so good. The cake was fogotten and my day went on. .
