Try this lovely Adobo Chicken Salad for a south of the border flair.
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Adobo Chicken Breast, chopped
1 Bag of Green Beans
Fresh Queso, crumbled
Fresh Lime, cut in half
Pepper to taste
- Heat the Adobo Chicken and Green Beans through.
- While your food is heating, fill your plate with the mixed greens. Chop the Adobo chicken and nestle it on top along with the Green Beans.
- Sprinkle the queso over top, then squeeze the lime over the salad add pepper to taste.
