We talk with clients just like you every day about reaching their goals and making lasting, life-long changes in their life—whether big or small.

This got us thinking…

Every one of us here at Personal Trainer Food has our own unique backgrounds and personal goals as well. Why not join together to reach them? After all, studies show that a support network makes dieting easier and more effective (that’s exactly why our Weight Loss Coaches are available for you to chat with any time along the way).

So we came up with a simple challenge for our team and once the rest of the office heard about it, more people wanted to join in, too. Now, we want you to participate as well!

Here are the rules (just like everything else we do, they’re pretty simple):

  1. Pick any one of our meal plans.
  2. Commit to sticking EXACTLY to the guidelines for at least 28 days, starting June 1.
  3. No cheating!

That’s it!

We’ll be keeping you updated with our progress along the way, sharing our success and how we overcome any obstacles or challenges that life brings our way while we stay on track.
