During weight loss mode, we encourage you to keep it simple and just stick to meats and vegetables. But what about those of us who have already reached our goals with Personal Trainer Food, especially today which is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day?
Well we have just the recipe for you– without a ton of carbs and sugars, so you can enjoy that delicious, little morsel and feel good about yourself after eating it!
1 Stick of Softened Butter
2 Cups Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Splenda
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Combine the butter, vanilla extract and sugar-free chocolate chips together in a large bowl.
- Sift the almond flour and Splenda together into the bowl and then mix until dough is smooth.
- Roll the dough into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add whole almond to the center, then return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, Cool, and Enjoy!
