You better watch out– they aren’t weighed down with a ton of carbs and sugars so they disappear fast!
1 Stick of Softened Butter
2 Cups Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Splenda
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Combine the butter, vanilla extract and sugar-free chocolate chips together in a large bowl.
- Sift the almond flour and Splenda together into the bowl and then mix until dough is smooth.
- Roll the dough into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add whole almond to the center, then return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, Cool, and Enjoy!
