7-14 Medium shrimp, pre-cooked and thawed
- Heat brussels sprouts in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag, halve, and place into a bowl.
- Heat shrimp briefly in the microwave, just until warmed through (be careful not to over-heat the shrimp).
- Add warmed shrimp to bowl with the brussels sprouts, pour Sweet Garlic Butter Sauce over top as well as desired amount of lemon pepper then mix until evenly coated. Enjoy!
