Garlic Shrimp and Brussels Sprouts

A delicious combo of flavors that comes together in minutes. Lose weight the right way with this tempting dinner.

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 bag of Brussels Sprouts
1-2 tsp, or to taste, Sweet Garlic Butter Sauce

Additional Ingredients:
½ tsp, or to taste, Lemon pepper
7-14 Medium shrimp, pre-cooked and thawed

Instructions:

  1. Heat brussels sprouts in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag, halve, and place into a bowl.
  2. Heat shrimp briefly in the microwave, just until warmed through (be careful not to over-heat the shrimp).
  3. Add warmed shrimp to bowl with the brussels sprouts, pour Sweet Garlic Butter Sauce over top as well as desired amount of lemon pepper then mix until evenly coated. Enjoy!
