Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Angus Burger Patty
1 Colby Jack Cheese Stick
Mustard, Mayonnaise, Pickles (your favorite PTF-approved toppings, hold the ketchup!)
Tomatoes & Onion slices
Large Lettuce Leaf
- Heat up the Angus Burger in the microwave.
- Slice the Colby Jack Cheese stick. Remove the Angus Burger from it’s bag and layer the cheese on top.
- Return to the microwave for a few more seconds to melt the cheese if necessary.
- Place the burger on the lettuce leaf, stack the tomato and onion slices on it, then add all your favorite toppings.
