Who doesn’t love a quick, easy, and delicious breakfast when you head out in the morning? Personal Trainer Food can help! This breakfast sandwich will take less time than going through the drive-thru and the healthy fats will help you lose weight and feel great!

2 Egg Patties
1 Breakfast Sausage
1 Monterey Jack Cheese stick, shredded (or slice of your favorite cheese)

Additional Ingredients:
Sliced Tomato
Avocado

Instructions:

  1. First, microwave the eggs and sausage from Personal Trainer Food.
  2. Place one egg patty on the plate and top with the sausage, cheese, sliced tomato, and avocado.
  3. Top the sandwich with the other egg patty and enjoy your breakfast!
