1-2 bags of Personal Trainer Food Cauliflower
Lime, juiced and zested
- Grate cauliflower into a microwave-safe dish.
- Cover cauliflower and cook in microwave on high until tender, about 5 minutes or less (time will vary due to wattage difference).
- Stir lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, and butter into cooked cauliflower until well blended. Enjoy!
