Chicken Avocado Soup

Warm up with a delicious bowl of this chicken soup. The unique blend of flavors and the added avocado will keep you full and energized!

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 package (4 ounces) Chicken Fajita Strips

Additional Ingredients (add to taste):
1 Green onion, finely chopped
¼ Cup (or to taste) cilantro
1-2 Cups chicken broth
½ Tomato, diced
1 Small avocado, diced

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Fajita Chicken Strips in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag and slice into small strips.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, add chicken, green onion, cilantro, tomato & avocado.
  3. Pour desired amount of broth over top and heat in the microwave until warm. Enjoy!
