Meatballs are always a crowd-pleaser and the perfect thing to snack on while the turkey or ham roasts in the oven.
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Meatballs Italian Style (or PTF meatballs of your choice)
1 Mozzarella Cheese Stick
Tomato sauce (2g of sugar or less)
Seasoning of choice, to taste
- Heat Meatballs in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag and place on a plate.
- Scoop 1-2 spoonfuls of tomato sauce on top of the Meatballs. Slice or tear Mozzarella Cheese Stick and add desired amount over Meatballs.
- Microwave until cheese is melted. You can get creative with this recipe– top the meatballs with any of your favorite seasonings or fresh herbs and spices!
