Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
8-10 Shrimp, thawed and shelled
1 Tbsp Butter
Garlic salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
- In a non-stick pan melt the butter. Add shrimp and saute for 1 minute or until warmed through. Reduce heat and add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat Broccoli in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag and place in pan. Stir together with shrimp and butter.
- Place in a bowl and enjoy!
