Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Personal Trainer Food Angus Burger
Burger toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
2 Large portobello mushroom caps
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 Zip Lock steamer bag
- Remove stem from mushroom caps. Scrape out the black gills with a spoon. Place mushrooms in steamer bag, and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. Allow to rest for 1 minute, then slide out onto a plate. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat your Angus Burger in microwave.
- Place your Angus Burger on one portobello mushroom cap, add toppings as desired. Top with the second portobello mushroom cap.
