Love avocado? Try this fun and delicious take on the classic egg salad!
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 bag of 2 Egg Patties & Breakfast Sausage (set sausage aside)
1 Medium avocado, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
½ tbsp Chives, finely chopped
2 tsp Red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper, to taste
- In a large bowl, add avocado, mayonnaise, chives, and red wine vinegar. Mash together with a fork to desired consistency.
- Heat Egg Patties in the microwave until warm. Cut into half inch squares and add to bowl with avocado mixture.
- Mix until eggs and avocado are well combined. Salt & pepper to taste and enjoy!
