Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Mozzarella Cheese Stick
1 Colby Jack Cheese Stick
1-2 Portobello mushrooms
Spices of your choice
1 Zip-Lock steamer bag
- Scrape out the gills from the inside of the mushrooms.
- Scoop 1-2 spoonfuls of tomato sauce into the mushrooms.
- Slice or shred Mozzarella, Colby Jack, and Parmesan cheeses and place on top of tomato sauce along with the spices of your choice.
- Place mushrooms in the steamer bag and microwave and heat until cheese is melted.Once melted, remove from bag, place on a place and enjoy!

Amanda has two children under 4, works full time, and is engaged to be married. After having her second child, she constantly struggled getting any weight off and her weight crept up to 197 pounds. Before becoming a part of the Personal Trainer Food weight loss team, Amanda was selected and completed the Altered! competition.
