3 Cheese Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 Mozzarella Cheese Stick
1 Colby Jack Cheese Stick
1-2 Portobello mushrooms
Parmesan cheese
Spices of your choice
1 Zip-Lock steamer bag

Instructions:

  1. Scrape out the gills from the inside of the mushrooms.
  2. Scoop 1-2 spoonfuls of tomato sauce into the mushrooms.
  3. Slice or shred Mozzarella, Colby Jack, and Parmesan cheeses and place on top of tomato sauce along with the spices of your choice.
  4. Place mushrooms in the steamer bag and microwave and heat until cheese is melted.Once melted, remove from bag, place on a place and enjoy!
