When it comes to weight loss exercise, I’ve found that there is a lot of confusion out there.
That’s why I recommend a dead-simple plan that is focused on the most critical fat loss principle… consistency.
In order to lose fat, you must exercise consistently– every day. The best way to do that is with a simple walking routine.
Here are the rules:
- Set the basis for fat loss with a healthy diet, (you can’t outrun a donut).
- Commit to walking, perhaps combined with body weight exercises every day.
- Understand: food is 90% of weight loss success, exercise is only 10%.
Yep. That’s it. Walk at a brisk pace on a treadmill or around the block for 20 minutes a day, 7 days a week.

I thought it was interesting how the article mentions that in order to lose fat, you must exercise consistently everyday. My wife and I have been trying to do better this year about staying health and keeping our weight down. We’ll definitely have to try exercising everyday to maximize our weight loss efforts.

We do exercise to lose weight. We must always have that strong motivation to achieve our goals why we need to exercise. We must take note of our mind that, we need to have our food intake check also. I agree that food is 90% of weight loss success, exercise is only 10%, so, it will always return back to where it started when we eat too much to what our body needs.
