Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 bag of Lima Beans
4-6 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: Parmesan cheese
- Heat Lima Beans in the microwave.
- Combine olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and basil in a bowl. Add Lima Beans and stir until evenly coated.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese, then salt and pepper to taste.
