Spice up dinner with this scrumptious low-carb stuffed pepper recipe!
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 bag of Fajita Chicken
1 bag of PTF Blend Vegetables
1 Mozzarella String Cheese Stick
1 orange bell pepper
2 tbsp salsa
Taco seasoning, to taste
- Heat Fajita Chicken and PTF Blend vegetables in the microwave.
- Cut a layer off the top of the bell pepper and remove the seeds with a spoon or fork.
- Combine Fajita Chicken and PTF Blend vegetables in a bowl. Add salsa and taco seasoning to taste. Stir until mixed well.
- Stuff the pepper with the chicken and veggie mixture and top with string cheese (optional: microwave until cheese is melted).
