1 bag of Pumpkin Seeds
2 tbsp Butter (melted)
Choice of seasonings from below
Salt and Pepper Seeds
Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
1/8 cup Finely grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp Stevia in the Raw or similar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/2 tsp Fresh lime zest
- Open pumpkin seeds and pour them into a small bowl.
- Add desired seasonings to the melted butter and stir until combined.
Option: adjust seasoning amounts to your preference.
- Pour the seasoned butter over the pumpkin seeds and stir until evenly coated.
