5 Super Easy Steps to Losing Weight

Exercise more, eat less, count calories, avoid fat, eat whole grains, eat this or that packaged food. That’s what conventional diet wisdom has told us in recent years.

Who can blame us for being confused, not to mention overweight? So what’s the SECRET to LOSING WEIGHT?

(Hint: it does not involve a diet).

A couple jokes around with red bell peppers, but they know that veggies are a key to healthy weight loss.

Obesity in our country is reaching epidemic proportions, ironically thanks in great part to the diet industry. You will be more successful at losing weight if you simply focus on simple, daily habits and ignore all the other noise.

Now who doesn’t want THAT? Here’s how…

Step One:

Don’t diet. Just don’t. There is no quick fix. Crash diets do just that: crash and burn. You want to establish a method of healthy eating that you can do every meal, every day.

Step Two:

Eat meats, vegetables, eggs, nuts: natural, whole foods. There are no better foods on this planet than these foods to help you burn fat naturally.

Step Three:

Avoid sugar, starches, and processed fillers like pasta, rice and noodles. These foods will cause your body to store fat rather than burn it.

Step Four:

Don’t drive yourself crazy counting calories. Calories are not a real measurement of whether or not a food will help you burn fat. If you are following the steps above, you will never have to count calories again to lose weight.

Step Five:

Don’t weigh yourself constantly, it’s a buzzkill and can cause you to lose your focus. Put your focus and energy instead in your healthy routines and how much better your clothes are fitting.

Follow these simple steps and your waistline will get smaller, and you will have more energy while your self-confidence goes through the roof!
