Low-Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:
1 Mug of cup of hot coffee
2-4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
Pumpkin pie spice
Non-caloric sweetener

Instructions:

  1. Brew your coffee, pour it into your favorite mug or cup to measure the quantity you’ll need.
  2. Pour the hot coffee into a blender. Add the butter and blend on high for 10-15 seconds until the coffee becomes light and frothy.
  3. Add pumpkin pie spice and non-caloric sweetener to taste. Pulse the blender 1 second to mix it in.
  4. Pour into your mug and find a cozy spot to enjoy your low-carb pumpkin spice latte!
