Personal Trainer Food Ingredients (choose any of the following):
1 Butter Roasted Chicken Breast, Grilled Tender Chicken Breast, Rotisserie Chicken Breast, Garlic Herb Chicken Breast, or Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast
1 Mozzarella String Cheese Stick
Baby spinach leaves
3-4 small roasted red peppers
2 tbsp Italian dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat chicken breast in the microwave. Once heated, remove from steamer bag and slice chicken down the center to butterfly.
- Place baby spinach leaves, roasted red peppers, and Mozzarella String Cheese inside the chicken. Top chicken with remaining Mozzarella String Cheese and microwave until melted.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
