Grilled Chicken Pesto with Almondine Vegetables

Pesto really is the besto, and we love this fresh idea from Suzie in Connecticut!

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Bag Mesquite Grilled Chicken or Butter Roasted Chicken
1 Bag Riviera Blend Veggies
Sweet Garlic Butter Sauce

Additional Ingredients:
1-2 T Prepared pesto
1-2 T Sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. Heat up the chicken and veggies in the microwave.
  2. Add the pesto to the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle sliced almonds on the veggies.
  4. Finish by drizzling Sweet Garlic Butter Sauce to taste on the veggies
