Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 bag of Cauliflower
¼ cup zesty italian dressing
1 tbsp mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
1 green onion, diced
1 tsp fresh dill
- Heat Cauliflower in the microwave until fork-tender. Once heated, remove from bag and place in a bowl.
- Mash Cauliflower with a fork until it is broken up into smaller pieces.
- In a separate bowl, combine zesty italian dressing, mustard, and mayonnaise then mix in egg, celery, and green onion.
- Pour over Cauliflower, stir together and top with fresh dill.
