Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
Chicken breast of your choice
2 tbs buffalo sauce (with less than 2g sugar)
2 tbs ranch dressing
4 celery stalks, cut in 3-4 inch lengths
- Heat your selected chicken breast in the microwave, then remove from steamer bag and shred with a fork.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch.
- Spoon the mix onto the celery stalks.
