Think nachos can’t be healthy? Think again! Find a new family favorite with these nacho boats!
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
Your favorite meat entree
1-2 sticks of Colby Jack or Mozzarella String Cheese
1-3 tbsp taco seasoning, adjust to taste
1 bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 inch wedges
2-3 green onions, finely sliced
Salsa (with less than 2g sugar per serving)
- Heat your Personal Trainer Food entree in the microwave, then remove from steamer bag and shred or slice into small cubes.
- Mix with taco seasoning until evenly coated.
- Place seasoned entree on bell pepper wedges. Top with cheese and microwave until melted.
- Remove from microwave and garnish with salsa and green onions.
Optional: Prepare on a cookie sheet and heat in oven at 300 degrees until cheese is melted.
