3 Ways to Make Your New Year’s Diet Stick

Many New Year’s resolutions don’t work, especially weight loss resolutions.

Here are 3 reasons why most New Year’s diets don’t work, and 3 proven strategies that DO work to lose weight and keep it off for good.

#1 – Short-term diets don’t work

What does?  Changing your eating habits

A short-term diet change won’t be effective in the long run. You may lose some weight, but you’ll probably gain it back because you never truly changed your lifestyle or eating habits.
