Sweet and Savory Breakfast

Add an apple to a breakfast favorite for a sweet way to start your day.

Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Cheddar Omelet + Chicken Maple Cinnamon Sausage

Additional Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 small red apple

Instructions:

  1. Dice apple into small pieces, place in a microwave safe bowl and mix with butter. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute and then stir.
  2. Heat Cheddar Omelet + Chicken Maple Cinnamon Sausage in the microwave. Once heated, remove from the steamer bag and place on a plate.
  3. Slice the sausage link up and mix into the bowl with diced apples.
  4. Scoop the mixture inside or on top of the omelet.
