Eat These 2 Foods, Lose More Weight

Eat These 2 Foods, Lose More Weight

Are you trying to eat healthy food, lose weight, have more energy, fit into your skinny jeans?  Here are two food groups proven to help you lose weight, burn fat and reduce risks to your health.

Sadly, most of us don’t eat enough of these foods. So add more of these to your plate and lose more weight.

Eat more vegetables

#1 – Eat more vegetables

Just 1 in 10 adults meet the federal fruit or vegetable recommendations, according to a study published by the CDC. It’s recommended to eat 2 to 3 cups per day of vegetables as a part of a healthy eating pattern.

But most of us don’t get anywhere near that amount of vegetables. As a result, we’re missing out on the essential vitamins, minerals and fiber that vegetables provide.

Eating a diet rich in vegetables daily can help reduce the risk of many leading causes of illness, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, some cancers and obesity.

This is why the Personal Trainer Food program is full of crisp tasty vegetables. We also offer garlic butter and other sauces to make our veggies even tastier!

Eat more whole foods

#2 – Eat more whole foods

Have you seen commercials for those other diet programs? They’re full of fake muffins, pasta, sandwich melts, pizza and desserts. These are NOT whole foods.

Heavily processed foods, (think unhealthy packaged food) are often high in sugar, fat and empty calories. Consuming lots of these foods has long been linked to an increased risk of a wide variety of health problems that can lead to heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, cancer and depression.

Overly processed foods also lack the fiber found in whole foods. Simply adding more fiber can help you lose weight. Eating more food with fiber helps you feel full longer.

So what are whole foods?  Meats, seafood, eggs, cheese and nuts.

At Personal Trainer Food we’ve long preached the importance of eating whole foods. That’s why our menu is full of fat-burning, healthy whole foods.

Help your body burn fat naturally

Avoid any diets that say it’s ok to eat their pizza, pasta and desserts. As soon as you stop eating their food, you’ll gain the weight back and add even more pounds.

Eat more vegetables and whole foods to add fiber, feel fuller, reduce risks to your health and to lose more weight.

If you’re looking for prepared meal plan full of vegetables and whole foods, try Personal Trainer Food.  We’ve done all the work so you don’t have to.
