Personal Trainer Food offers a variety of meal plans depending on your personal needs. Most plans include lunch and dinner options. Breakfast, snacks and shakes can also be included.
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
Breakfast: Enjoy your tea or coffee as long as you use non-caloric sweeteners. Heat up a PTF Frittata, omelet or egg and sausage patty for a filling breakfast. It takes less than 3 minutes so you always have time for a healthy breakfast. Don’t like eggs? Here are some other breakfast options.
Snack: Our program includes two snacks a day so you don’t get hungry! Enjoy nuts, meats and cheeses to fill you up and give you a boost of energy. Here’s a great list of 50+ easy low-carb snacks
Lunch: Most of our lunches include a meat and veggie. We have a variety of chicken, burgers, meatballs, ribs and other delicious options to mix it up. Plus choose from flash frozen vegetable mixes that are crispy and delicious. Add some our garlic butter sauce for extra flavor. Again, a healthy lunch is ready in about 3 minutes.
Snack: Yup, it’s time to eat again! Have an apple, nuts or meats and cheeses to fill you up until dinner time.
Dinner: Pull out another delicious meat and vegetable. We have ideas for creative recipes if you want to mix it up.
Beverages: You can have sugar-free drinks while on our program. Water is great to keep you hydrated. You can add non-caloric flavor enhancers to your water such as Crystal Light and Mio if you like. Diet sodas are fine on the program. Coffee and teas are acceptable, but only use non-caloric sweeteners and non-dairy powdered creamer if you add to them.
