Are the shakes gluten-free?

Yes, the shakes are gluten-free. They are also soy-free.

Our shakes are manufactured in a facility that processes egg, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts.

How do these not stall weight loss?

We’ve heard from many people just like you who said that having a sweet ‘treat’ or some chocolate for snacks will help them stay on track during their program.

When we added these shakes, we made sure the formula was high in protein, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. At just 100 calories per serving, they make a perfectly balanced snack for in-between your PTF meals so you won’t gain weight.

Meats, eggs, and veggies are still #1 for weight loss, but we feel that helping you stick to the plan by offering a healthy alternative to sweets is an important factor to your success as well.

Can I buy them without placing a meal plan order?

Shakes are available to customers who have ordered from us now or in the past. If you are not a current customer, you may add shakes on to any meal plan order.

If you have ordered from us in the past, you will find the shakes available for purchase separately, or added onto your meal plan order when you log into your account.

My box just arrived to me, how can I get the shakes?

You can log into your customer account, order shakes separately from the PTF store and we’ll get them right out to you.

What non-PTF shakes would be compliant?

A PTF program-compliant shake would have these qualities:

  1. 3 net* grams of carbs
  2. 50% or more calories from a quality protein
  3. 10% or more calories from fat
  4. Vitamins
  5. Minerals
  6. Fiber
  7. Approx. 100 calories per serving

*Net carbs = Total grams of carbs – total grams fiber

How do I prepare my shakes?

For best results, mix vigorously in a shake cup with a shaker ball or with a small hand-held blender. You can also blend your shake with ice in a blender to create more of a milk shake. Use more or less water depending on the consistency you desire.
