Whether you choose the single delivery of a 28-day box of food or our subscription plan, you are not locked in. Our competitors try to hide these fees in their fine print; they'll charge as much as $99 if you try to cancel. There is no fee to cancel with Personal Trainer Food, not even in the fine print.

The 28-day box gives you the freedom to order when you want; there is no auto-delivery, auto-ship, or auto-billing. Simply order again when you want your next box.

The 14-day subscription box offers the convenience of auto-delivery and auto-billing but you are in total control.

You can change, skip, or cancel without fees or trouble. To cancel your subscription plan, simply call Personal Trainer Food at 1-800-273-1686 x2 during business hours at least ten (10) days prior to your next scheduled delivery date.

Our 14-day subscription offer allows you to have food delivered every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. These 14-day shipments are great for smaller freezers! And if you are supplementing our plan with other food, having 14-days-worth of food shipped every 4 weeks (once a month) can be a convenient option.
