Fish is not included in our menu. We’ll be frank…fish heated up in the microwave can be stinky.
But fish, seafood, and shellfish are excellent sources of protein and are unlimited on our program. Please feel free to incorporate them as you see fit.
I’ve tried so many other diets, the food was horrible, weight loss would last about a week, then I’d pack it on again. I have never been so happy on a diet as I am with Personal Trainer Food. -- Kayla
