One Week and Amy Ditches 8.6 Pounds of Fat!
One week, and I am already noticing how much better I feel.
This sweet Texas mom loves wearing her cowboy boots and jeans. The only thing she loves more is her family. But while raising her family, she has neglected her own health– and the weight has been piling on.
Now Amy wears frumpy “mom jeans” rather than her favorite designer western jeans. She doesn’t like the muffin top she has when she tries to button them up.
She has tried other programs, and even liposuction to get a flat stomach. But all the fat just came back. After being deeply disappointed, Amy hopes that Personal Trainer Food proves to be the long term solution she has been looking for.
Holy Moly, Jessica Dropped 10 Pounds!
After my first week of Personal Trainer Food, I actually fit into a size smaller pants!
Jessica is too busy to diet. The heavy demands of raising her young family, her full-time job, and the pressure of planning her wedding sucks away all of her time and energy. She doesn’t have time to cook for herself or her family, so she ends up eating a lot of fast food.
She gained weight after her pregnancy and continued to pack on the pounds. The extra weight is holding her back from feeling good about herself: “If I can lose the weight, I know that I can truly feel happy and accomplished.”
Chrumaine Eliminated 7.8 Pounds, WOW!
This isn’t a diet, it’s a way of life that teaches you to make healthy decisions.
Chrumaine is a popular school teacher; everybody loves her for her kindness. She has an active social life, and is often surrounded by food and drink. Between that and the difficulty of eating right in the teacher’s break room, her waistline has been expanding.
Chrumaine used to be a size two, but having two kids changed that. After being diagnosed with type two diabetes 20 years ago she gave up on getting to a healthier weight.
Now at age 46, reality has settled in. The extra fat around her waist is robbing her of her vitality. Not only does she feel old, she thinks she looks older than she should.
Victoria Sidelined 7.4 Pounds; Go Girl!
The food makes losing weight so easy, I just love the meatballs! I’m very happy with my results this week!
Victoria loves being at the game– as a fan and as a freelance sports-caster. She spends long days around unhealthy stadium foods. While it doesn’t seem like she has much to lose at 128.8 pounds, those game-day foods have caused her to carry more unhealthy fat than she should on her petite frame.
As Victoria was growing up, she battled with bulimia and anorexia. She felt the pressure to be skinny so she could fit in at her college sorority. A few years ago, she had to have part of her thyroid removed, making it very hard for her to lose weight. Victoria wants to have a toned, athletic look, but this time she wants to do it in a sound way.
At 61, Carmen Killed 9 Pounds, Feels GREAT!
I was getting out of breath playing with my grand babies. Enough is enough! I have more energy now, even after only one week.
Carmen has worked hard all her life and has made many sacrifices to support and raise her family, ignoring her own health. She wants to lose weight so she can keep up with her eight grandbabies.
At the end of her workday, Carmen is exhausted and doesn’t want to have to think about making healthy food choices. She resorts to eating the wrong foods late at night. Losing weight is very difficult at her age. She is 61, our oldest competitor.
Last year, Carmen had a health scare that landed her in the hospital. This was her wake up call to take better care of herself as she ages. Doing this challenge with her daughter Bonita is the perfect way for her to get her health on track.
Bonita Bombed 8.8 Pounds– Yes!
Personal Trainer Food works perfectly for my busy lifestyle keeping up with kids and work.
Bonita is mother of two, and works full-time with a long commute in order to support her family. With her busy life, eating healthy and losing weight just doesn’t make it to the top of her priority list.
In high school, Bonita was tall, slim and athletic. After having two children she put on a lot of weight. Bonita is a self-described gym-rat, but no matter how much she exercises, the fat won’t budge and she is still wearing her maternity clothes.
Some past relationships left Bonita with a poor self-image. When she looks in the mirror, she doesn’t feel beautiful. Bonita wants to walk down the aisle knowing what it is like to truly feel beautiful and confident in her own skin.
OMG Mary Incinerated 14.2 Pounds!
I love the food, that’s why I didn’t have any challenges losing the weight. I’ve never lost weight like this on any other diet! I’m so happy I found Personal Trainer Food.
It wasn’t until she accepted the Altered! challenge that Mary realized how long it had been since she was fit. She was an avid runner and a trim size two in her youth. As an RN, she has always tended to other people’s needs before her own, and has gained weight as a result.
Mary first put on weight after five back-to-back pregnancies. She tried to lose it but she couldn’t make it happen, even with her knowledge of health and wellness. At an obese weight of 202 pounds, Mary is the heaviest of the Altered! moms.
Meghan Left 7.8 Pounds In the Dust!
Personal Trainer Food is more convenient than grabbing food at convenience stores and gas stations. I’m loving the results so far.
Meghan has a passion for helping others– at the expense of her waistline. She works in home health care, so she spends her day travelling from one home to another. Always on the go, and with a wedding to plan, she has no time to prepare healthy lunches to take with her.
To make matters worse, Meghan has a funny quirk. She eats every meal out of gas stations. Breakfast, lunch, and even dinner!
In fact, before starting Personal Trainer Food, she actually preferred gas-station fare to any other food. (Gross!)
Meghan has already bought her wedding dress—and it doesn’t fit right. Her dress is too tight around her trouble areas; her hips and thighs. She wants to feel beautiful on her wedding day, and not like she is highlighting her flaws as she walks down the aisle.

Jan is a 14-year veteran in the fitness industry and has personally coached and trained thousands of people to live fit and healthy lives around the world. 100 pounds ago, she knew exactly what it is like to be obese, sick and unhappy, feeling like there was nothing that could be done about the excess fat she had gained. That is why she couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Personal Trainer Food team today. She has successfully and permanently lost the fat using the principles of this program.
