I recently gave an interview to Shape Magazine for an article titled “6 Tips for Trying On Workout Clothes.” In the interview, I gave the magazine a 4-part dressing room workout to make sure you’ll be comfortable in your new workout gear while also getting the most bang for your buck. I love the story they published, but Shape wasn’t able to post my entire workout; so I thought I’d share it here for you!
