Delectably crisp apples bring mouth-watering flavor to this chicken salad.
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients (choose any of the following):
1 Butter Roasted Chicken Breast, Grilled Tender Chicken Breast, Rotisserie Chicken Breast, or Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast
1 stalk of celery, diced
½ ounce almonds, chopped
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp cinnamon
- Heat chicken breast in the microwave. Once heated, remove from bag and cut into small pieces.
- Add chicken breast, apple, celery, almonds, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cinnamon to a bowl and stir until combined.
- Place mix onto a bed of mixed greens, lightly drizzle with lemon juice or garnish with a dash of cinnamon if desired.
